About Me:   I began researching my family tree over twenty years ago, and as many of us did, spent many hours writing letters, reading microfilm of census records, and waiting anxiously for the mailman to bring us that thick package with lots of family information - you know all those documents we needed, etc.   Now I have progressed into the computer age with researching on the "net" and finding new cousins to share information with.  I am still trying to get the information I have entered into my computer, but still have quite a bit to do there. That too, is under construction!  I am currently the President of the Lewis County Genealogical Society. We are small, but growing, and they are a fun group to work with.
