2009 Awards Banquet Saturday December 19, 2009 at The Trails End Arena up in the old lounge.

Get together 2pm silent auction - Please everyone bring an item for the silent auction (any thing goes)

3-4PM Time to browse everyone’s awards and bid on auction items.

Presentations will start at 4PM

This gets to be a real late night so we want to start early.

We will have dinner for PBHA members other pay $5. If you cannot make it please contact me and tell me who will be picking up your awards. I will not give awards without a contact first.

Door prizes and lots of fun for all. Even if you did not win an award come join us for the festivities and we may have something for you.

Elections of Directors and 2010 rule changes will follow the awards. Proposals need to be to me by Dec. 1^st. And will be posted on the web after that.

I want to thank everyone for helping this season. It was a great season and we could not have done it with out all the help we received. Thanks again
